Hi Donna,
Nice to meet you.
Thank you for your reply and your investigation. I appreciate it.
I do shear your point of view regarding the mix up at the table by the floor person. That could be taken as a honest mistake and fully understandable since your routines accepts handling cash/transactions in those manners. However, mistakes like that should never occur. Especially in an establishment like the Wynn.
The second incident is obviously much more serious as you indicated yourself. I think it is very unlikely that the funds would been returned to me if I hadn’t noticed the error myself. There are probably less honest ways for the personnel to balance the cashier when it exceeds of what has to be reported.
As I wrote in my first email my overall experience at the Wynn was great. Your poker room is maybe one of the better once in Vegas. I do prefer playing at the Wynn against other casinos. The room and the pool area was nice. I also enjoyed the two clubs you have, Tryst and XS. You also have a great staff in general. Especially the dealers in your poker room. They are excellent.
If I haven’t counted wrong, I stayed at the Wynn for 15 nights. I spent a lot of money within the Wynn premises. I would really appreciate you compensating me for an additional 15 nights in a similar room. That would make me feel welcome back to play in Wynn Poker.
But first, I want to know what you have done to make sure that incidences like I experienced will not happen again? Do you have new routines or/and is your staff better educated in chip/cash handling?
Best regards
SkalmanAl
